I love what I do for a living and I love trying to be the best at it . I do whatever it takes to make sure the customer knows exactly what's wrong and exactly why it happened . There is no room for misunderstanding , I won't stop explaining until I know you understand me . When I leave your home after a repair , you will be able to understand what went wrong and why it happened , as well as why it's fixed now and wont happen again. You can ask as many questions as you want , I will do my best to answer every one until you are completely satisfied and assured . When doing any repairs , whatever preventive maintenance is required will get done as well . Cleaning condenser  , Adjusting Gaskets , Oiling and Greasing moving parts , balancing and more . 

While I'm in your home , please don't hesitate to ask questions about any of your appliances . I will share any tips and tricks on preventive maintenance , upkeep , proper usage & care for all of your appliances at no extra charge . 

I am working on a tips and tricks page that will help prevent service calls in the future.  A list of stuff to check before calling for service . This is something I do when I answer the phone or even text as well . I try to avoid customers waisting money for things they might be able to fix themselves .
